No-show, cancellation and refund policy

All reservations can be rescheduled/refunded/cancelled free of charge up until 24h before the activity. After that, all reservations will be charged in full.

Any complaints about services or sellers may be sent to our support team: info@justtourit.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
